5 mg: 104.7 ng/mL (range, 79.7 to 129.7)
10 mg: 176.3 ng/mL (range, 134.3 to 218.3)
25 mg: 365.1 ng/mL (range, 348.1 to 382.1)
50 mg: 685.2 ng/mL (range, 663.2 to 707.2)
